The S2L Program

S2L 2017:  A TYPICAL TWO-HOUR PROGRAM SESSION

  • Overview, Grounding and Centering (30 minutes): 

    • Housekeeping

    • Introductions and checking-in

    • Sacred space

    • group “yoga” (grounding physical movement/exercise)

    • opening meditation and intentions

  • Changing the Story (Focus on Weekly Theme) (25 minutes):

    • Theme introduction (video)

  • BREAK (5 minutes)

  • Group Discussion of weekly theme (local) (25-30 minutes):

  • Energy Transformation: (30 minutes):

    • Will and Intention

    • A Meditative State (Visual Meditation)

    • Energy Transformation (Declarations)

    • Closing Prayer

TOTAL TIME:  120 MINUTES

Pre and Post Program:

Prior to 7pm:  Many participants gather early, for potluck dinners and/or snacks.  The rule:  meals have to be COMPLETELY FINISHED by the 7pm start.  No munching during the session, no delays for clean-up.

After 9pm:  Many participants gather for snacks and continue the theme discussions.

The discussions taking place at 8pm will be very powerful, and there will be temptation to continue the discussions and delay the “energy work”.  DON’T DO THAT!  Many participants are on a fixed time schedule, and extending the discussion time will prevent them from participating in ETS.  Also:  everyone else in your time zone will be starting and completing ETS on time… your group will not be able to participate in this nonlocal energy shift.

Certification:

For those enrolled in the S2L program for certification, there will be additional work during the week.  Certification work will include:

  • additional videos and audios

  • Written responses to “homework” questions and scenarios

  • Process exercises that are to be completed “in program”

  • Participation/ facilitation in the Sunday ETS sessions.
