The S2L 2018 Program

S2L 2018:  A TYPICAL TWO-HOUR PROGRAM SESSION

  • Overview, Grounding and Centering (30 minutes): 

    • Housekeeping

    • Introductions and checking-in

    • Sacred space

    • group “yoga” (grounding physical movement/exercise)

    • opening meditation and intentions

  • Changing the Story (Focus on Weekly Theme) (25 minutes):

    • Theme introduction (video)

  • BREAK (5 minutes)

  • Group Discussion of weekly theme (25-30 minutes):

  • Energy Transformation: (30 minutes):

    • Will and Intention

    • A Meditative State (Visual Meditation)

    • Energy Transformation (Declarations)

    • Closing Prayer

TOTAL TIME:  120 MINUTES

Pre and Post Program:

Prior to start:  Many participants gather early, for potluck dinners and/or snacks.  The rule:  meals have to be COMPLETELY FINISHED by the start.  No munching during the session… it is disrespectful of the sacred energy that we are creating.

After the end:  Many participants gather for snacks and continue the theme discussions.

The discussions taking place at 8pm will be very powerful, and there will be temptation to continue the discussions and delay the “energy work”.  Please remember that many participants are on a fixed time schedule, and extending the discussion time will prevent them from participating in ETS.

Enhanced Program:

For those enrolled in the enhanced S2L program, there will be additional offerings during the week.  Enhancements will include:

  • additional videos, audios and readings.

  • Additional discussion questions and scenarios

  • Process exercises
